Founded in 1976 by Enrico Panichi as 3E Meccanica, it became Tecnoserie in 1984 under the leadership of Michele Panichi, who represents the second generation of the family at the helm.

Tecnoserie underwent a significant technological evolution with the introduction of its first computer numerical control (CNC) machine, specializing in high-precision turning.

Today, the company continues its growth under the leadership of Michele Panichi, representing the second generation of the family leadership.

The machinery is modern and technologically advanced, as result of a continuous innovation journey that Tecnoserie has pursued since its foundation. It is managed with standard procedures and qualified personnel, that meet and even exceed the requirements of the most prestigious international certifications, ensuring the company is always ready to tackle new technical challenges.

The quality of the finished product, the adaptability and flexibly to customer requirements, and the reliability of its logistics have enabled Tecnoserie to establish itself in a large number of foreign countries, as Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Slovakia, United States, Mexico, China  and many others; as a result, exports now consistently count for as much as 90% of the company’s total revenue.

1984 - 1985

Becoming Tecnoserie and purchasing of the first CNC machine, marking the start line of a continuous technological evolution.

1990s

Introduction of Swiss type lathes and multitasking double-turret double-spindle.

2000s

Exports reach 90% of total revenue.

Around 25 CNC machines on floor, in a 6.000 m² plant with 22 employees and 8 million turned parts per year, customers in over 9 countries.

Production Capacity

Production is organized in two shifts; higher productivity and flexibility are achieved thanks to series turning machines that operate autonomously in night shift, ensuring more efficient use of the equipment.

Tecnoserie completes its in-house machining operations by relying, for heat treatments, plating, passivation, and anodizing, on a network of highly experienced and reliable subcontractors.

A roadmap has been defined to obtain the AS9100 aerospace certification. Estimated completion date: July 2026.
